In the far future, the elites have abandoned earth live in a “SkyArc” that orbits a monster ravaged earth.
After a rebellion by the SkyArc underclass, the rebels are killed and their children are banished to earth to end their bloodline.
The children on earth are marked with tattoos that denote the sins of their rebellious fathers and they have set up a hierarchy based on these markings. They live in fear of the monsters and await the mythical saviour with 13 markings.
When the hero arrives, he is reluctant to take the lead but his destiny is thrust upon him when the fallen camp is destroyed and he discovers the true source of the monsters.
